TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS DESCRIBED BELOW:

GENERAL

  • my ToS and prices can change at any time.

  • i have the right to deny commissions for any reason.

  • clients must read and follow my dni. if you fall under my dni you cant commission me.

  • all art commissioned by me is for personal use only.

  • i post all commissions (excluding 18+) to my deviantart portfolio, if you want your commission to be private and not posted please let me know beforehand.

  • do not remove any signatures/watermarks from commissioned works. if you repost or use commissioned work anywhere online please give credit (just my name or a link to my carrd is fine).

PAYMENT

  • all payments are made through paypal, anything under 100$ must be paid upfront.

  • i will take invoices through paypal, but they must be paid for before i will begin the commission.

  • commissions are paid in USD

  • i do not refund finished commissions. if youd like to cancel a commission while it's still being worked on, i'll give a partial refund for whatever is still incomplete.

PROCESS/TIMELINE

  • i will start on your commission once it's paid for. depending on complexity, most commissions take 1-3 weeks at most.

  • i'm perfectly fine with being given deadlines, so long as they're reasonable. if you expect a commission finished within the first few days of placing it i will not accept or cancel your commission.

  • i expect you to have references, photos, and/or a detailed description of what you'd like commissioned (including poses, expressions, etc).

  • i send regular wips of how your commission is going, typically between each step (sketch, lineart, color, so on). please give feedback as i send wips if you want anything changed. if i'm already on a coloring/shading phase of your commission and you want something changed, there will be a fee.

  • please dont constantly spam me asking how your commission is going. i have a job and personal life outside of my commission work and can't be working on your commission 24/7.

  • once your commission is complete, i will offer to send it through an email/discord for the high resolution file if youd like. finished works are sent as a png, mp4 or gif depending on the type.

WILL DRAW:

  • humans

  • furries/anthro

  • anything in between

  • mild blood/gore

  • horror elements

  • nsfw (dm for ToS)

WILL NOT DRAW:

  • dni criteria

  • for use in ai/nfts

  • substance/alcohol use or intoxication

  • hardcore gore/nsfw

  • vehicles/comlpex mech type stuff

FULL ANIMATION

3D COMMISSIONS

  • done in paint3d, cannot be rigged

  • you recieve a .gif and .mp4 turnaround, and various closeup screenshots. ask me if you would like the stl file.

im also currently taking experimental commissions in womp3d, only for headshots and extremely simple characters. prices vary on complexity but start at 20$, you can find examples of my work in womp3d on the art example page. dm me if you're interested!
